Run and interact with the best in athletics during our warm-up races within Nairobi! We will also explore and educate on the need to conserve our green spaces such as Nairobi Arboretum, Karura Forest, and Ngong Forest Sanctuary which provide safe running spaces. You can also join monthly runs at Parklands Sports Club every first Sunday of the month.

3. Training program – 5km and 10km

For your marathon training needs, we are excited to share the Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon Training Program, a simple, effective, and motivating 8 week plan designed to help you confidently prepare for the 5km and 10km race. Whether you are a first time runner or looking to sharpen your performance , this program makes training easy, structured and achievable.
